I have been working with distributed project teams in IT projects for 40 years, and the inclusivity perspective rarely raises its head (which will surprise you not at all). You've handled it sensitively and supported with facts and detail. I'm speaking about distributed/remote teams at a conference soon, and you've highlighted an aspect that needs more emphasis.
